º El artículo 68 del Decreto 2160 de 1986 quedará así: EL PATRIMONIO. El patrimonio de la empresa se encuentra constituido por los aportes de los accionistas o propietarios, el superávit de capital, el superávit por valorizaciones, la utilidad en cambio no realizada, las ganancias apropiadas y no apropiadas menos las pérdidas acumuladas. Para su registro, en lo que corresponda, se observarán las normas técnicas indicadas en este título.
