Art. 2467. El deudor no podrá pedir la restitución de la cosa dada en anticresis, sino después de la extinción total de la deuda, pero el acreedor podrá restituir en cualquier tiempo, i perseguir el pago de su crédito por los otros medios legales; sin perjuicio de lo que se hubiere estipulado en contrario.
