Bienes de Origen Nacional. Para los efectos del artículo 21 de la Ley 80 de 1993 y demás disposiciones que establezcan condiciones de favorabilidad a las ofertas de bienes de origen nacional, se tendrán en cuenta los criterios establecidos por el Gobierno Nacional para calificar los Bienes Nacionales para el Registro de Productores de Bienes Nacionales establecidos en el Decreto número 2680 de 2009.
