Son sanciones disciplinarias

Amonestación privada.

Amonestación escrita con anotación en la hoja de vida

Multa que no exceda de la quinta parte del sueldo mensual.

Suspensión en el ejercicio del cargo hasta por treinta (30) días sin derecho a remuneración, y

Destitución.
