Artículo dieciocho. Ejecutoriado el auto por medio del cual se procede de oficio, o el que admite la queja, si se comprobaren violaciones a lo establecido en el presente Decreto, se dictará resolución motivada en la que se determinarán las sanciones correspondientes, en caso contrario, se ordenará archivar el expediente.
