INGRESO DE FUNCIONARIOS PÚBLICOS NACIONALES O EXTRANJEROS. Previo convenio del Departamento con entidades públicas nacionales o con gobiernos extranjeros, podrán ingresar a la Academia Superior de Inteligencia y Seguridad Pública o a las Escuelas Regionales los funcionarios nacionales o extranjeros que requieran formación básica o especializada como detectives o criminalísticos.
