Auxíliase la construcción del Colegio Departamental de Varones "Calixto Gaitán", de La Palma (Cundinamarca), con la cantidad de quinientos mil pesos ($500.000.00). El Municipio de La Palma por su parte, antes de recibir las cantidades por concepto de este auxilio, ha de darle cumplimiento a lo ordenado por la Ley 71 de 1946 .
