La emisión de la estampilla Prodesarrollo del Instituto Tolimense de Formación Técnica Profesional (ITFIP), o del ente que haga sus veces, se autoriza hasta por la suma de cien mil millones de pesos ($100.000.000.000). El monto de total recaudado se establece a precios constantes del año 2010.
