º . De la extinción del fideicomiso . Son causas de extinción del fideicomiso creado por este Decreto: 1 La disolución y liquidación estatutaria de la sociedad fiduciaria. 2. La intervención administrativa de la sociedad fiduciaria dispuesta por la Superintendencia Bancaria para administrar sus negocios o para liquidarla. 3. La revocación decretada por el Gobierno Nacional. En el evento de que ocurra una cualquiera de las circunstancias antes enumeradas, el Fondo Nacional de Calamidades subsistirá y en consecuencia la sociedad fiduciaria entregará la administración del mismo a la institución financiera del Estado dotada de capacidad. fiduciaria, que el Gobierno Nacional señale.
