Articulo 6.° Los funcionarios de la Dirección General de Aduanas, seguirán desempeñando las funciones de sus respectivos cargos hasta tanto se incorporen en la nueva Planta de Personal. Articulo 7.° Los funcionarios que sean incorporados a esta planta tendrán derecho a la remuneración señalada para el nuevo cargo a partir del 1.º de marzo de 1976, si estuviere prestando sus servicios en dicha fecha. Quienes hubieren ingresado con posterioridad a ella, a partir de la fecha de posesión.
