ARTICULO 3.3.4.1.- INCOMPATIBILIDADES. Los administradores de las sociedades inscritas como comisionistas de bolsa, así como sus accionistas según sea el caso, no podrán ser miembros de junta directiva, representantes legales ni revisores fiscales de sociedades cuyas acciones o valores se encuentran inscritos en bolsa, salvo de las bolsas de valores, o de su propia sociedad comisionista.
