Art. 6.° Es obligatorio para todo el personal del Resguardo permanecer en las Salinas donde funcione, y acuartelarse cuando esté franco, en el local que se le designe ; celar el contrabando, custodiar los edificios nacionales, conducir los enteros, y aprehender y decomisar las sales que no hayan sido legítimamente adquiridas, circunstancia que se anotará en los libros, que lleve el Jefe, conforme al artículo 485 del Código Fiscal.
