Ley 849 de 2003 · por medio de la cual se aprueba el Convenio de Cooperación Técnica entre la República de Colombia y la República del Perú para el Desarrollo de Actividades Científico-Técnicas, Asistenciales y de Promoción de la Salud en la Zona Fronteriza Colombo-Peruana, suscrito en Lima, a los doce (12) días del mes de julio de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994).
