Articulo 3º. Las demoras, inexactitudes y omisiones comprobadas en las informaciones estadísticas de que trata el artículo anterior, constituyen causales de mala conducta y a los funcionarios responsables se les aplicaran, según la gravedad de la infracción, las sanciones establecidas en el articulo 97 del Decreto 250 de 1970.
