Recursos del Fondo de Protección de Justicia . Los recursos financieros que recibía el Fondo de Seguridad de la Rama Judicial y del Ministerio Público incluidas las partidas del presupuesto general de la Nación, deberán periódicamente ser incluidos en el presupuesto destinado al Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia, previos los trámites presupuestales pertinentes, para ser distribuidos entre las entidades beneficiari as de acuerdo con los porcentajes establecidos en el Acta de Liquidación del Fondo de Seguridad de la Rama Judicial y del Ministerio Público.
