Los Tribunales Administrativos conocen a prevención, y en primera instancia, de las cuestiones qué se susciten, en el campo administrativo, entre dos o más Municipios situados en distintos Departamentos, Intendencias o Comisarías, siempre que uno de ellos esté situado dentro de la jurisdicción del Tribunal que aprehende el conocimiento.
