º. A la venta de artículos terminados que se destinen a la exportación, no se le cargará el gravamen por los productores o importadores o las personas económicamente vinculadas a éstos. Los exportadores obrarán en la forma contemplada en el inciso tercero del artículo primero de este Decreto, para los efectos de la exención.
