Normas comunes al procedimiento de subasta. El reglamento de la subasta determinará los márgenes mínimos por debajo de los cuales los lances no serán aceptables. En consecuencia, solo serán válidos los lances que superen este margen. En todo caso la oferta no puede ser inferior al precio base mínimo de venta.

Si en la subasta se presentare una sola oferta, se celebrará la venta con ese único oferente, siempre y cuando el valor ofrecido sea igual o superior al precio base mínimo de venta.
