Artículo segundo. En la solicitud de exención se expresaran aproximadamente, la fecha en que los elementos deben llegar al país, la clase, el peso y el contenido de los cargamentos, número de bultos, puertos de desembarque, obra a que se destina, y todos aquellos detalles que faciliten el oportuno transporte en las empresas.
