Modificar las características Fisicoquímicas de la leche cruda entera para consumo humano directo, a que se refiere el artículo 36 del Decreto 617 de 1981, así:

Densidad a 15/15°C 1,0315 a 1.0340.

Materia grasa: Mínimo 3.0 g % m/m.

Extracto seco total: Mínimo 11.3 g % m/m.
