DE LA INSPECCION SANITARIA. Los establecimientos donde se procese o reempaque sal para consumo humano, estarán sometidos a la inspección sanitaria, muestreo, análisis técnico y demás mecanismos de control sanitario contenidos en la Ley 09 de 1979 y a cargo del Ministerio de Salud, las Direcciones Seccionales de salud y las autoridades delegadas, debiendo suministrar la información técnicas requerida por estas autoridades.
