º Para determinar la fecha desde la cual deberán contarse los tres meses de abandono de que trata el ordinal 2º del artículo 282 del Código Civil, se aceptarán las certificaciones que dieren sobre el particular los establecimientos en donde hubiere permanecido el menor o las declaraciones de las personas naturales que lo hubieren recogido, rendidas según los requisitos de la ley.
