º. La licencia se expedirá por duplicado, en papel sellado y al original deberá adherirse y anularse una estampilla de timbre nacional por valor de cinco pesos ($5.00) de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el numeral 34 del artículo 1° de la Ley 69 de 1946. Llevará el retrato del interesado y el original le será entregado para que cumplida la formalidad del registro, pueda acreditar su carácter de representante, vendedor o agente viajero autorizado.

Parágrafo

Las licencias serán firmadas por el Secretario General del Ministerio de Comercio e Industrias.
