Art. 12. Celebrado el remate, se extenderá una diligencia en libro que se abrirá al efecto, en la cual constará el nombre y vecindad del Rematador, el período del remate y condiciones de éste, quedando firmada por el Intendente, el Rematador, los demás postores, dos testigos y el Secretario general de la Intendencia, y copia debidamente autorizada es suficiente para que el Administrador general de Hacienda ingrese los fondos consignados como fianza de quiebra, en el Rematador no cumple las formalidades prescritas en el presente y en el pliego de cargos correspondiente.
