Término para fallar. Rendidos los descargos y practicadas las pruebas, según el caso, el Instructor Ponente dispondrá del término de quince (15) días hábiles para presentar proyecto de fallo y la Sala, de otros quince para decidir. El fallo será absolutorio o sancionatorio.
