Art. 3.° Para cubrir los haberes de las fuerzas destacadas, el Habilitado hará remesas semanales á los Administradores de Hacienda nacional de los lugares en que se hallen, para que verifiquen dichos empleados los pagos diarios observando exactamente las mismas formalidades prescritas para el Habilitado en el artículo anterior, con obligación de remitir los vales para que sirvan de comprobantes á la cuenta de la Habilitación respectiva.
