º Apoyo técnico. La Dirección General de Apoyo Fiscal del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público prestará el apoyo técnico necesario a los Distritos y Municipios, por solicitud de los mismos, con el objeto de que estos adopten su categoría, conforme a lo dispuesto en el Decreto-ley 2626 de 1994 y en el presente Decreto.
