La validez y el carácter de negociable de un instrumento no se afectan por alguno o algunos de los siguientes hechos:

1° Que no lleve fecha;

2° Que no especifique el valor recibido o que se ha recibido algún valor;

3° Que no especifique la plaza donde se ha girado o aquella en que debe pagarse;

4° Que lleve un sello, y

5° Que exprese una moneda determinada para el pago.

Nada de lo dispuesto en este artículo puede alterar o derogar las disposiciones que requieran en ciertos casos que haga constar determinada consideración en el instrumento.
