Retiro absoluto . Los Oficiales y Suboficiales la de la Policía Nacional serán retirados en forma absoluta del servicio conforme a este estatuto por incapacidad absoluta y permanente o gran invalidez, por conducta deficiente, por haber cumplido sesenta y cinco (65) años de edad los Oficiales y cincuenta y cinco (55) años los Suboficiales, edades éstas en que cesa para ellos toda obligación policial.
