º. De la matrícula. De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 4§ de la Ley 211 de 1995, sólo podrán obtener matrícula profesional de lngeniero Agronómico, Ingeniero Forestal, Ingeniero Agrícola, Agrólogo y Agrónomo, quienes reúnan los siguientes requisitos

Quienes hayan obtenido u obtengan el título profesional respectivo en las facultades de universidades oficialmente reconocidas.

Los nacionales y extranjeros que hayan obtenido u obtengan el respectivo título profesional en instituciones de educación superior en el exterior, siempre que ésta tenga aprobación en el Estado donde está localizada.
