Las cooperativas de segundo grado que funcionen en el país, ejercerán sus actividades sociales en concordancia con el Instituto Nacional de Abastecimientos y como agentes suyos dentro de sus respectivos radios de acción, para el desarrollo de los objetivos que les son comunes.
