° El literal d) del artículo decimoquinto, quedará así: "Nombrar, promover y mover a les funcionarios del Fondo. El Director podrá delegar el ejercicio de estas atribuciones en el Secretario General, los Subdirectores y Directores Regionales, de conformidad con las disposiciones legales y reasumirlas cuando lo considere conveniente. Le corresponde dictar las disposiciones necesarias para la administración con personal de conformidad con las normas que regulan la materia e igualmente podrá delegar algunas de estas funciones hasta el nivel ejecutivo".
