° El cómputo del tiempo en las prescripciones se hará siempre con arreglo á lo dispuesto en el Código Penal vigente; pero las que se hubieren iniciado bajo el imperio de una ley anterior, podrán, á voluntad del prescríbete, regirse por ésta.
