Extendida la escritura será leída en su totalidad por el Notario, o por los otorgantes, o por la persona designada por estos, quienes podrán aclarar, modificar o corregir lo que les pareciere y al estar conformes, expresarán su asentimiento. De lo ocurrido se dejará testimonio escrito en el propio instrumento y la firma de los otorgantes demuestra su aprobación.
