El presente Decreto se aplica a las solicitudes de reconocimiento que se presenten a partir de su entrada en vigencia. Sin embargo, los funcionarios que antes de esa fecha hubieren efectuado el transporte de su menaje podrán, si así lo desean, acogerse a la reglamentación que regía al momento de realizar dicho transporte.
