Si uno de los coautores se rehúsa a continuar su contribución en la obra cinematográfica o se encuentra impedido para hacerlo por causa de fuerza mayor, no podrá oponerse a la utilización de la parte correspondiente de su contribución ya hecha para que la obra pueda ser terminada; sin embargo, él no perderá su calidad de autor ni los derechos que le pertenecen en relación con su contribución.
