Mediante convenio interadministrativo o modificación al existente, el Fondo Nacional de Vivienda (Fonvivienda) y el Banco de la República como administrador del FRECH, determinarán las condiciones en que debe realizarse la permuta financiera de tasa de interés pactada sobre los créditos de vivienda a que se refiere el presente decreto.
