º Quien a 31 de marzo de 1986, no perfeccione el respectivo contrato, perderá todo derecho con relación a las concesiones o licencias que le hayan sido otorgadas y el Ministerio de Comunicaciones procederá a recobrar las frecuencias correspondientes. Si la estación siguiere transmitiendo, el Ministerio de Comunicaciones ordenará inmediatamente la suspensión de las transmisiones y el decomiso de los equipos al tenor del inciso 1º del artículo 48 del Decreto legislativo 3418 de 1954.
