Los domingos y días feriados se abrirán las Oficinas al público a las12 del día, y permanecerán abiertas hasta las 4 de la tarde, y los Telegrafistas permanecerán en sus puestos hasta que hayan dado curso a todos los telegramas que durante estas cuatro horas se introduzcan.
