º Las demás providencias sobre matrículas que expidan, tanto los Consejos Profesionales Seccionales como el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, se notificarán personalmente o mediante edicto que se fijará, en papel común, en la cartelera del respectivo despacho, al día siguiente de su expedición, con inserción de la parte resolutiva y por el término de cinco (5) días, a cuyo vencimiento se entenderán notificadas.
