º CONTENIDO DEL CONVENIO. Los convenios a que alude el artículo anterior señalarán cuando menos

a)

El régimen de responsabilidad aplicable, el cual en ningún caso podrá prever condiciones que atenten contra los intereses del afiliado;

b)

El monto de la remuneración, que corresponderá al servicio que se presta, y

c)

El término para la transferencia de los recursos y las sanciones por su incumplimiento. CAPITULO IV. RESPONSABILIDAD DE LAS SOCIEDADES ADMINISTRADORAS DEL SISTEMA GENERAL DE PENSIONES Y ORGANIZACION DE LOS PROMOTORES.
