°. Las personas que actualmente verifiquen explotaciones con taladro en cualquier lugar del territorio de la República, quedan sometidas al presente Decreto, y dispondrán de un plazo de treinta (30) días para obtener el permiso de continuarlas, ajustándose a lo dispuesto en los artículos 4º y 5º.
