La comisión tendrá un Secretario General, con sueldo mensual de $ 400.00; un Oficial, con sueldo mensual de $250.00; un Portero con sueldo mensual de $120.00, y, cinco (5) Sustanciadotes-Mecanógrafos, con sueldo mensual de $220.00 cada uno. Este personal será designado por el Ministerio de Guerra, pero no tendrá derecho a la prima mensual de alimentación de que disfruta el personal civil de este ramo.
