Las mercancías a que se refiere el artículo anterior se venderán directamente por la Dirección General de Aduanas, a través de su Fondo Rotatorio, al Instituto Nacional de Abastecimientos (INA) para ser expendidas al detal en sus almacenes y no podrán ser objeto de comercio posterior. En caso de que lo fueren, se considerarán de contrabando.
