Los mataderos o carnicerías de que trata esta Ley serán construidos respetando las leyes de policía, y de acuerdo con las respectivas reglas de higiene; y estarán provistos de los sistemas de desinfección y saneamiento necesarios, de modo que diariamente todos los residuos o desechos sean incinerados o preparados como abonos para la agricultura.
