Toda erogación con cargo al rubro "gastos especiales" que exceda la suma de un mil pesos ;($ 1.000) moneda corriente, deberá ser autorizada mediante decreto motivado. Cuando esta erogación sobrepase, la suma de diez mil pesos ($ 10.000) moneda corriente, deberá llevar el visto bueno del Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de Intendencia y Comisarías.
