Como homenaje a Cali en su IV centenario, se le cede la propiedad y el pleno dominio de la casa de la calle 10, cruzamiento con la carrera 8ª, de esa misma ciudad, y el terreno en que esta edificada, de propiedad de la Nación, con destino a Biblioteca a lindera do así: por el Norte, con la carrera 8ª; por el Sur, casa de Enrique Umaña; por el Oriente, con la calle 10, y por el Occidente, con la casa de Guillermo Garrido.
