º. Para efectos del reconocimiento de la pensión de vejez a que se refiere el artículo 14 de la Ley 490 de 1998, se tendrán en cuenta los requisitos que todo servidor o empleado público debe cumplir, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 33 de la Ley 100 de 1993.
