Articulo 20 . Cuando la indemnización este acompañada de la reincorporación del trabajador, el total de lo recibido se sumara a las demás rentas obtenidas en el año para establecer la base gravable en la forma ordinaria. Si la indemnización corresponde a más de un año, se gravara en el de su realización a la tarifa que corresponda a la suma resultante de multiplicar por doce (12) el salario devengado en el mes anterior al despido. Para establecer si la indemnización corresponde a más de un año, se dividirá el total de la suma recibida por el salario devengado en el mes anterior al despido y el cociente a su vez, por doce (12).
