° . Objeto. El presente decreto tiene por objeto dictar normas en materia de orden público, publicidad electoral, equilibrio informativo, apoyo a sufragantes con limitaciones físicas, para el normal desarrollo de la elección de gobernadores, alcaldes, diputados, concejales y ediles o miembros de las juntas administradoras locales del próximo 27 de octubre de 2019 y se garanticen los derechos y libertades individuales, en especial, el derecho a elegir y ser elegido.
